He traveled to the Gu Realm to join forces with the Gu Clan and Lei Clan against the Hun Clan. While in the Gu Realm he watched Xiao Yan and Lei Ying have a duel and when Xiao Yan used the Extermination Fire Body he was surprised that Xiao Yan had 6 Heavenly Flames in his body. He also told the younger generation to try and make friends with Xiao Yan.[2][3]When the Hun clan invaded the Gu realm to create a diversion so they could steal the Gu Jade Token he helped fight them off.[4]
Him and his clan were there during the final battle with the Hun Clan. It is not known if Xiao Yan gave him Origin Qi like he gave Gu Yuan and Zhu Kun.
