The Branded Poison originates from the 7th rank magical beast "Poison Imprint Serpent", anyone who kills the Poison Imprint Serpent is "cursed", with the Branded Poison. It has been shown that the Branded Poison can be supressed by Dou Qi.
The Branded Poison seems to have a will of it´s own. It has also shown the ability to evolve and adapt, this was shown by the Branded Poison when it became more violent after a year or two, since it was constantly being feed Dou Qi, which was originally intended to supress it. it is made, since we only see a short explanation by Xiao Yi Xian in chapter 69. She made it to be a "one time" thing, to cure any poison, it was wasted on a simple "5 sense" nullification poison. But Xiao Yi Xian noted that whenever a poison is ingested by Xiao Yan that might be lethal, a illusion of her will appear and she will help him cure it. The illusion had the exact same personality as the original Xiao Yi Xian, it can be comparable to a A.I. Later in the series Xiao Yan notes that "Your Poison won´t affect me thanks to Xiao Yi Xian." The Living Corpse Insect. The Living Corpse Insect is a insect that when eaten, enhances the users power dramaticaly. Although when you die the Insect takes control of your body, and attacks whatever is alive. Although the insect has no emotions, thoughts or memories, it has enormous power and attacks on instinct after the host has "kicked the bucket" or died.
Since there are no known users we can´t really say we know the full extent of the "power boost", or if there are no "side-effects" when they are alive. Spirit Fusion Pill
The Spirit Fusion Pill is a legendary 6th rank pill. The Spirit Fusion Pill was first mentioned by Queen Medusa. The pills effect is currently unknown, but from what we can tell it merges 2 or more souls to create one powerful being. The only instance that we´ve heard anyone talk about this was when Medusa wanted to fuse with Bai Cai, so that she could have permanent control over her body, and become stronger while doing it.
The recipe for the Spirit Fusion Pill was also a prize for winning the Receptarier tournament. Which Xiao Yan won, and in turn aquired the recipe.

Soul-Eater Pill
The Soul-Eating pill is a 4th class middle class pill, which allows the user to consume another mans power. As you can see on the page on the right, he explains all of this. But I really don´t get what he means by "swallowing", logically I would think that the one who swallows the pill has his Qi and Blood crystalized inside his body, which means you would need to cut it out.
